As part of its policy of offering a personal service to all customers, Towerite Ltd now includes, free of charge, a customised water treatment manual, specially tailored to meet the needs of each customer. In the same way that each water treatment regime should be individually planned to suit the particular needs of the client, so we feel that paperwork and record keeping should benefit from this same attention to detail.
Every water treatment contract with Towerite includes the provision of a free water treatment manual. This is not unique to Towerite but, unlike many other manuals, each section is personalised to provide clarity and quick reference - and avoiding the need to wade through pages of irrelevant data. Ease of use is further facilitated by the ring binder format, so that sections can be organised tro suit your preferences.
An essential element of the requirements of the Approved Code of Practice L8 is regular and accurate record-keeping. Towerite Water Treatment Manuals include a set of documents which are straightforward to complete and ensure that all information is accurate and easily accessible
A performance monitoring chart provides a graphical overview of the system's performance throughout the year.
Weekly record sheets guide operators through a series of system checks and measurements.
Monthly technical reports provide a quick reference to the results of these regular visits by Towerite personnel. Also included is an at-a-glance system management planner.
An L8 disinfecting log keeps a written record of disinfection and includes all details required by L8.
In addition to a series of documents for accurate logging of treatments, each manual includes customised sections to cover:
Nominated responsible persons
System data - seperate sections deal with system information, treatment programmes, system control limits and schematics.
Product and safety bulletins - technical information on water treatment products in use.
Correspondence
Annual review - information resulting from the annual review of the treatment programme and manual.
The Towerite Water Treatment Manual includes a collection of system documentation relating to specific data to the plant and systems on each site.
